How it works

Make the most of the evening

  1. Scan a badge

Point your phone camera at the QR code on anyone's badge to open their digital card. No app, no login.

  2. Save the contact

One tap adds them to your phone, with their company and LinkedIn.

  3. Ask for an introduction

Request an intro from any card. It goes to BWI, who will connect you, never directly to the other guest.

Get your personal Top 3

Scan the QR on your own badge and tap “This is me”. We’ll show three people BWI thinks you should meet, and why.

Privacy & questions

Built to protect your privacy

A private room for invited guests, run by BWI.

Who can see my details?

Other guests see your name, photo, title, company and bio. Your email and phone are never shown unless you've told BWI you're happy to share them. Investors stay hidden until they approve their profile.

How do introductions work?

When you request an introduction, only the BWI team sees it. They'll follow up and connect you both if it's a good fit. The other guest never gets your request directly.

Do I need an account or an app?

No. Everything works in your phone's browser. “This is me” simply remembers your badge on this phone so we can show your Top 3.

How long is the room open?

Until Sunday, October 18 at 8 PM ET, 72 hours after the event. After that, the room closes and all information stays with BWI.

Is AI used on my information?

No. Top 3 matches come from simple, transparent rules (like founder and investor fit, sector and stage) that BWI reviews.
